Assist with day to day activities of the camp.
Provide quality playcare within the framework of 3RD Space Kids’ policies and procedures.
Main duties include:
Lead and facilitate engaging and inclusive activity sessions for children attending the holiday camp.
Plan, organise, and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, physical development, and social interaction.
Providing refreshments and ensuring that hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
Administering first aid when necessary.
Consulting with children and involving them in planning activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision.
Support and guide children in exploring their interests and discovering new talents.
Maintain a positive and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Assist in setting up and tidying activity areas, ensuring that equipment is safe and appropriately stored.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the camp team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Helping with camp administration, where necessary.
Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation, parents, and schools.
Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.
Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
